We are seeking a hard-working individual with the knowledge and skillset to produce 60-80+ billable hours per week. This is a commission based role with earning potential of $80,000 to $100,000+ per year. We offer consistent year-round work with the support of a knowledgeable team. This role works flexible hours, typically business hours Monday through Friday - No weekends! Typical Job Duties Include:
Read, understand, and fulfill work orders. Remove vehicle trim and panels to gain access to vehicle body Thoroughly examine vehicle to assess and identify supplemental damage and complete supplement form and/or notify estimator of additional parts/repairs needed. Can properly fill depressions with body filler and file, grind and sand repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment Install and aim headlights Replace bolts on panels and align properly Make cosmetic repairs, replace panels and trim Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications Return the vehicle back to factory specifications Develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
8+ Years Auto Body Collision Repair Experience (will consider 6+ years with combination of applicable degrees and certifications) 10+ years experience strongly preferred. Team orientated, friendly/professional attitude High attention to detail, time management and communication skills Auto Body Program Training and/or Certification a plus Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment. Sufficient Mechanical Aptitude and Auto Body Knowledge to troubleshoot and complete work orders.
