Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair, with expertise in various techniques and tools used in the auto body industry. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Employee Health Insurance 100% paid for. Pay is based off experience. This position in the near future can offer 4 10 hour days a week. Duties Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement. Utilize power tools and welding equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools. Knowledge of auto glass installation techniques is a plus. Experience with auto painting processes and techniques is highly desirable. Strong skills in sheet metal work and auto restoration projects are beneficial. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required. I-CAR certified 3 years of experience preferred/ turns 60 hours a week
