Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Technician and bring your passion for automotive repair to life! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of restoring vehicles to their original condition, utilizing your expertise in auto body repair, structural restoration, and cosmetic finishing. Your skills will help customers get back on the road safely and confidently, while you enjoy a fast-paced environment that values precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural repairs using advanced fabrication techniques. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment to restore vehicle frames and panels with precision. Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying systems, sanding tools, and automotive refinishing techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. Install automotive parts such as glass, trim, bumpers, and other components with hand tools and power tools. Repair or replace damaged auto body panels, perform auto restoration projects, and ensure all work meets safety standards. Use auto estimating software to assess damage and determine repair scope; communicate effectively with customers about repair processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and tool operation. Experience Dealership experience or background working in an automotive collision center is highly preferred. Proven expertise in automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and cosmetic refinishing. Skilled in MIG welding, welding repair, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and sheet metal work. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive parts installation. Familiarity with auto restoration projects, auto painting techniques including airless spray systems, and detailing processes. Experience working with automotive welding equipment, power tools, sanding tools, and auto glass installation. From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
