We are currently seeking a skilled PDR Technician to join our team at Terry Labonte Chevrolet Collision Center in Greensboro, NC. What You'll Do:
Our PDR Technicians are responsible for repairing dents and painting parts after body repair work is complete according to Collision Center guidelines. Examines body damage on customer vehicles Identifies necessary body repair work Estimates cost of body work Requests necessary parts Performs body repairs including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts Documents repairs performed Performs body repairs efficiently and according to Collision Center and insurance company guidelines Applies paint to vehicle parts after repair work is complete. Covers vehicle parts that do not require painting. Buffs or cleans surfaces after paint dries. Requests necessary materials. Performs paint jobs efficiently and according to Collision Center guidelines. Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company's Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. What You'll Need:

Desired Education:
Minimum:
High School Diploma Preferred :
Graduation or successful completion of an accredited trade school, Paintless Dent Repair Institute or Training program, or community college program such as or similar to: Automotive Technology, Collision Refinish & Repair, or Autobody Repair Technology.
Desired Work Experience:
Demonstrable knowledge of paintless dent repair methods and techniques. PDR training or commensurate hands-on experience. Ability to operate PDR tools and equipment, including lighting systems, rods, and glue pull systems.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Driver's License (Required)
