Multiple years of body shop experience is needed. Must have structural and welding experience. Need to have a good understanding of production in the body shop. We have plenty of insurance work and internal work for one of the largest dealerships in North Carolina. Please understand that the hourly rate range posted is a Flat Rate pay . There is enough work here to attain as many hours as a good body shop technician desires. Starting pay will be determined based on experience. I-Car knowledge is a plus and any other body repair training certificates. Our body shop recently expanded 5,000 sq ft. expecting growth.
