Our shop serves drivers throughout Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, Elkhorn, and surrounding communities. We offer a steady flow of insurance and customer-pay repairs, modern equipment, and a team-focused environment where quality workmanship is valued. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently, and understands the importance of following OEM repair procedures. What You'll Do Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using proper repair techniques Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to keep repairs moving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver high-quality repairs while meeting production goals What We're Looking For Previous collision repair/body technician experience Strong knowledge of collision repair methods and equipment Ability to read and follow repair plans Reliable work ethic and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and productivity Consistent, year-round workload Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training and professional development Advancement opportunities within a growing organization If you're an experienced Auto Body Technician looking for a confidential opportunity with a stable, growing collision repair organization in the Omaha area, we'd like to hear from you.
