This role requires a skilled individual who can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on repair work, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in collision repair, the ability to lead by example, and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Perform collision repair tasks, including dent removal, panel replacement, refinishing, and structural repairs Use industry-standard tools and equipment to complete high-quality repairs efficiently Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards set by the company and industry

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough inspections of repairs, including your own, to ensure they meet high-quality standards

Quotes and Estimates:

Prepare accurate repair estimates for customers and insurance companies Explain repair needs, timelines, and costs to customers in a clear and professional manner Work with insurance adjusters and parts suppliers to finalize estimates and repair plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in auto body repair, including structural and cosmetic repairs Knowledge of collision repair processes, tools, and materials Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE or Mitchell Communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members, customers, and insurance adjusters Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

ASE or I-CAR certification(s) in collision repair or estimating Previous experience as a body shop technician or estimator in a body shop Familiarity with insurance claims processes and estimating systems Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety
