Experience Auto Body Repair :

5 years (preferred) Job Summary Our technicians play a crucial role in repairing accident-related damage to vehicles, ensuring they meet industry standards and factory specifications . You'll perform high-quality repairs on time, with customer satisfaction as your top priority. Essential Functions Inspect damaged vehicles and plan repair processes efficiently Communicate and collaborate with team members on repair status Perform high-quality, timely repairs with a focus on safety and efficiency Make repair vs. replace decisions based on safety, cost, and cycle time Conduct complete and thorough teardowns Qualifications Ability to use a frame machine I-CAR certification in body repair (preferred, not required - will train) Knowledge of manufacturer-specific repair processes Must have your own tools Why Work With Us?
