We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Bodyshop Helper to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. If you are passionate about cars and looking to start or grow your career in the automotive collision industry, we want to hear from you! What You Will Do As a Bodyshop Helper, you will be the backbone of our collision center, supporting our experienced technicians and ensuring our shop is organized and efficient.
Assist Technicians:
Help auto body technicians and painters with vehicle prep, sanding, masking, and parts retrieval.
Vehicle Movement:
Safely move customer and dealership vehicles in and out of the shop and staging areas.
Detailing & Cleanup:
Wash and detail vehicles after repairs are completed to ensure they are clean and presentable for our customers.
Shop Maintenance:
Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and free of debris or safety hazards. Empty trash and dispose of scrap parts properly.
Parts Management:
Assist with receiving, organizing, and delivering parts to the appropriate repair bays.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
No prior auto body experience is strictly required, though a strong interest in the automotive industry is a huge plus! We are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
Driver's License:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required (you will be moving vehicles on the lot).
