J&E Auto Body is a well-established, growing auto body business in Union County, known for our high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch repairs and restoring our customers' vehicles to pre-accident conditions on time. We are looking for a reliable Parts Person to manage and coordinate parts for automotive collision repair jobs. You'll work directly with our technicians, estimators, and vendors to ensure parts are ordered accurately, delivered on time, and properly inventoried. You will work closely with our estimators and technicians to streamline project repair workflow by obtaining quotes, ordering and receiving parts based on repair estimates and shop requirements, verifying the parts' accuracy, quality, and completeness on arrival, and coordinating the return of incorrect or damaged parts. You will organize, label, store, and track parts inventory in the shop management system. Requirements:
Experience in an auto body or automotive repair environment is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shop management software Strong communication and demonstrated ability to work within a team The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm, and Saturdays as needed.
