Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure our customers receive top-quality service, whether working on collision repairs, auto restorations, or general vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, and finishing to restore vehicles to factory standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and sheet metal fabrication techniques to repair or replace damaged parts. Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment and ensure flawless finishes with detailing and polishing. Replace auto glass and perform auto glass repairs following safety protocols. Use auto estimating software to assess damages and determine repair costs accurately. Collaborate with team members on vehicle assembly, disassembly, and mechanical repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting, welding, soldering, and other technical tasks. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and restoration. Proficiency with MIG welding, soldering, welding techniques, and sheet metal fabrication. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including auto painting, auto glass replacement, and vehicle maintenance. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and auto body equipment such as airless paint sprayers. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts installation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repair processes. Familiarity with auto estimating software and automotive repair procedures is a plus.
