We are specifically looking for a skilled technician with experience in heavy collision repair, frame machine operation, structural repair, and suspension repair . The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on hard-hit vehicles and completing major structural and mechanical collision repairs safely and accurately. Duties Perform heavy collision and structural repairs on vehicles with significant front, rear, and side impact damage Operate a frame machine to perform structural pulls and frame straightening Measure, diagnose, align, and repair vehicle frames and unibody structures Diagnose and repair collision-related suspension and steering damage Replace suspension components including control arms, struts, shocks, knuckles, hubs, tie rods, subframes, and related components Replace and repair structural components including frame rails, quarter panels, aprons, pillars, rockers, and radiator supports Perform MIG welding, cutting, metal repair, panel replacement, and fabrication as required Perform dent repair, sheet metal work, and general collision body repairs Remove and install bumpers, body panels, trim, lights, and other vehicle components Identify additional or hidden collision damage during the repair process Work with estimators and management to ensure repairs are completed according to the repair plan Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow proper repair procedures Skills & Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional collision repair experience preferred Frame machine experience

Strong knowledge of frame and unibody repair Proficiency in MIG welding and metal repair Strong mechanical knowledge, especially suspension and steering systems Ability to diagnose damage on heavily impacted vehicles Experience replacing structural and welded components Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and collision repair equipment Ability to work independently and complete complex repairs efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Must have own basic tools Valid driver's license What We're Looking For This position is best suited for an experienced collision technician who is comfortable taking on hard-hit vehicles . We need someone who can handle the frame, structural, body, and suspension aspects of a major collision repair—not someone limited to light body or cosmetic work.
