In this role, you will evaluate collision damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, and collaborate with technicians and customers to ensure seamless service. You will be the primary liaison between customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians. Wage is negotiable! Duties Assess vehicle damage accurately through visual inspection and automotive diagnostics tools, including evaluating auto body repairs. Prepare comprehensive repair estimates using CCCONE, ensuring clarity and transparency for customers and insurance adjusters. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of estimates, approvals, and repairs performed. Assist in managing parts ordering and liaising with insurance companies to streamline claims processing. Requirements Proven experience in working with CCCONE Estimating Software. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and negotiate with insurance companies to ensure safe and thorough repairs. Must be able to multitask and manage multiple repair tickets in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with service writing practices within an automotive repair environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Experience in auto body repair estimation combined with sales skills such as upselling additional services confidently. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining detailed documentation of all estimates and repairs. Experience with insurance coordination such as working with insurance adjusters to negotiate claims, supplements, and finalize repair approvals. Please email for experience and other info.
