In this position, you repair collision, weather, and other damage done to the body of vehicles. While most of your duties revolve around the body itself, our ideal candidate has some experience working with all the systems in a vehicle. You need good manual dexterity and physical stamina for this job. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect vehicles for damage Repair body to factory or customer specifications Remove and replace damaged parts with power and hand tools Fill cracks and depressions Perform cosmetic repairs Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate; certificate or associate degree in automotive technology preferred ASE certificate preferred Welding, and auto repair Physical stamina
