Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural alignment using industry-standard tools and techniques Conduct welding repairs utilizing MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment to restore vehicle frames and panels Fabricate custom parts or repair components through fabrication techniques such as cutting, bending, and assembling sheet metal with power tools and hand tools Prepare vehicles for refinishing by sanding surfaces with sanding tools and applying automotive cosmetic repair techniques for a flawless finish Install automotive parts including auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with precision and attention to detail Assist in auto restoration projects by applying automotive structural repair knowledge, working with automotive parts installation, and ensuring high-quality results for customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a dealership environment with hands-on collision repair experience Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes including dent repair, sheet metal work, and sanding techniques Proficiency in welding repair methods such as MIG welding, soldering, and the use of automotive welding equipment Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and fabrication equipment for precise repairs Excellent communication service skills with the ability to communicate effectively about repair processes and timelines Join us if you're eager to apply your technical expertise in a lively environment where quality craftsmanship drives success.
