We are looking for a motivated Bathtub Refinishing Technician to join our growing company located in the Capital Region.

Responsibilities:

Refinish and reglaze bathtubs, showers, sinks, and other bathroom surfaces Properly prep, clean, sand, and repair surfaces before refinishing Apply professional coatings using hvlp spray technology Maintain a clean and professional work area Communicate professionally with customers Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

Experience with bathtub refinishing, painting, auto body, or spray finishing preferred is a plus Experience using a spray gun is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Professional appearance and customer-service skills Valid driver's license

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for additional compensation based on completed jobs and quality of work.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Experience in bathtub refinishing, automotive painting, cabinet finishing, or other spray-finishing work is highly desirable.
