Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs. Utilize MIG welding techniques and fabrication skills to restore vehicle components effectively. Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and execute necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during repair processes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines clearly. Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of vehicle parts as required during repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair Valid Drivers License and Social Security number Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal work a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Familiarity with detailing techniques and assembly of vehicle components. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with owners and team members. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various conditions.
