Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician/Heavy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and restoration, with the ability to fabricate, weld, and detail vehicles to meet high-quality standards. This role involves working with various hand tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Perform automotive repairs and restorations on various vehicle makes and models. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper fit and function. Utilize welding and soldering techniques for structural repairs. Detail vehicles thoroughly, ensuring all surfaces are clean and polished. Conduct auto painting tasks, including surface preparation and application of paint. Use hand tools effectively to complete repairs and modifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably in a dealership or auto body shop setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, welding equipment, and painting supplies. Experience in auto restoration is a plus. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
