Job Description
Auto Body Technician / Painter Elm Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician / Painter to join our Collision Center team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands that quality matters, and can handle body repair and refinishing from start to finish. If you're looking for a locally established dealership that respects skilled technicians and appreciates quality workmanship, we want to talk to you. What We're Looking For Professional auto body and/or automotive painting experience required Strong knowledge of collision repair and refinishing techniques Ability to produce high-quality paint finishes and color matches Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Dependable, professional, and ready to work What You'll Do Perform collision and body repairs to manufacturer and industry standards Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing Mix, match, and apply automotive paint Perform sanding, masking, priming, blending, and finishing Repair or replace damaged body panels and components Inspect completed work for proper fit, finish, and color match Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with the Collision Center team to keep repairs moving efficiently Compensation This position is paid hourly with a flat-rate incentive structure. Your experience, skill, efficiency, and quality of work matter, and our compensation structure gives experienced technicians the opportunity to earn accordingly.
