Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using advanced repair techniques and automotive welding equipment. Your expertise in auto body repair, sheet metal fabrication, and automotive cosmetic repair will ensure our customers receive high-quality service and exceptional results. Duties Perform automotive structural repairs, including frame straightening and alignment, utilizing specialized tools and equipment. Conduct auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal fabrication using MIG welding, soldering, and other fabrication repair techniques. Utilize sanding tools, airless paint spraying, and auto painting techniques to restore vehicle surfaces to factory standards. Install automotive parts including glass, bumpers, trim, and other components with precision and care. Apply automotive cosmetic repairs such as sanding, polishing, and refinishing to achieve a flawless finish. Operate power tools, welding equipment, and hand tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Assist in auto restoration projects by performing detailed repairs, assembly work, and quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or collision repair specialist in a dealership or similar environment. Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and sheet metal fabrication techniques. Hands-on experience with MIG welding, welding repair, soldering, and automotive welding equipment. Familiarity with auto restoration processes, auto painting, auto glass installation, and automotive parts installation. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for various repair tasks. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about repair processes and estimates. Prior experience with auto estimating software is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
