Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Technician and bring vehicles back to life with precision, skill, and passion! In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using advanced auto body repair techniques. Your expertise will ensure each vehicle receives top-quality craftsmanship, safety, and a flawless finish. Duties Perform automotive structural repairs, including welding repair, sheet metal work, and fabrication repair techniques using MIG welding, soldering, and other welding repair methods. Conduct auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, and automotive cosmetic repair to restore vehicles to pristine condition. Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment efficiently for precise repairs. Install automotive parts including auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with attention to detail and quality standards. Apply auto painting techniques such as airless paint spraying and auto body refinishing to achieve a smooth, professional finish. Assist in auto restoration projects by performing assembly tasks and detailed automotive parts installation. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and ensuring vehicle quality meets dealership or shop standards. Requirements Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar auto repair role; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and automotive cosmetic repair techniques. Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and the use of automotive welding equipment. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive parts installation. Familiarity with working with sheet metal, automotive dent repair, auto painting systems, sanding tools, and detailing processes. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively for heavy lifting and precise repairs. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in auto restoration projects.
