Autobody Prepper/ Buffer Technician We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Autobody Prepper/ Buffer Technician to join our team. This position involves assisting the painter with vehicle prep work and helping ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, taping, cleaning panels, and assisting painters to ensure quality refinish results Sanding and polishing completed paint work Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with attention to detail Washing and cleaning vehicles for customer delivery Keeping the work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

Experience in autobody prep work preferred Knowledge of sanding and masking/taping techniques Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with our team.
