Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and possess strong mechanical knowledge. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and showcase your skills in auto body repair, restoration, painting, and more.Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework straightening
- Conduct auto restoration projects to bring vehicles back to their original condition
- Execute auto painting tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete repair and restoration work
- Repair and replace auto glass as needed
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks related to automotive components
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
- Proficiency in auto body repair techniques and methods
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately
- Knowledge of auto painting processes and color matching
- Familiarity with using hand tools specific to auto body repair
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
