Job Description
We are a growing, high-quality collision repair facility looking for an experienced Body Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a team that values quality over shortcuts. Our shop repairs everything from minor dents to major collision damage using OEM repair procedures. If you're dependable, motivated, and committed to producing excellent work, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Perform complete structural and non-structural collision repairs. Repair and replace damaged body panels. Pull and straighten frames and unibody vehicles. Measure vehicles and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications. Weld, section, and perform panel replacements as required. Complete body filler work, sanding, and panel alignment. Prepare vehicles for the paint department. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate with estimators and management regarding repair progress. Meet production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Qualifications Previous collision repair/body technician experience required. Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and OEM repair procedures. Experience using frame machines, welders, and collision repair equipment. Ability to read and follow repair estimates and work orders. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required.
