- Oversee the estimating process for collision repairs
- Develop and implement lean processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of estimates
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Implement process improvements to optimize production and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in collision repair industry
- Strong collision repair knowledge and understanding of OEM repair processes
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean or Six Sigma
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
