Estimating Job Description Duties:
  • Oversee the estimating process for collision repairs
  • Develop and implement lean processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of estimates
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
  • Implement process improvements to optimize production and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in collision repair industry
  • Strong collision repair knowledge and understanding of OEM repair processes
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean or Six Sigma
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
