• Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to perform repairs on vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. This role involves a variety of tasks related to collision repair and vehicle refurbishment. Compensation
• 60-120k Annually Guaranteed hours $5,000 sign on bonus - paid after 90 days of employment Job Responsibilities
• Perform body repairs on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening, using appropriate tools and techniques.

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and applying primer and filler. Mix and match paint colors to achieve an accurate and seamless finish. Conduct quality control checks throughout the repair process to ensure high standards are met. Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components, including interior trim, electrical systems, and mechanical parts, as required for repair. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and any additional necessary work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Continuously update knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and new technologies. Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive body repair is highly preferred.

Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of collision repair principles, techniques, and equipment. Proficiency in using body repair tools, including welders, frame machines, and paint guns. Ability to accurately assess damage and estimate repair time and costs. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
