We are looking for a skilled A/B Level Auto Body Technician who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a supportive and flexible workplace. Responsibilities Perform high-quality auto body repairs, including MIG welding, fabrication, and sheet metal work. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and restorations. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle are functioning properly. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about repair processes and timelines. Estimate repair costs accurately to ensure transparency with customers. Assemble parts and components efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Proficiency in welding techniques, including soldering and heavy lifting capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in every task performed. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
