At Atlantic Emergency Solutions, our Collision Center Technicians perform minor to major collision repair, cab and chassis reconstruction, and body fabrication according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. This work supports fire trucks and emergency vehicles that first responders rely on every day. You get stable hours, a Monday through Friday schedule, and the opportunity to work in a professional shop environment focused on quality and safety. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Overtime is available No rotating shifts Paid holidays (no waiting period) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, start earning day 1 Tool Allowance & Boot Reimbursement Work Environment McConnelsville, OH Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional field or outdoor work as needed. Specialty work on fire trucks and ambulances Key Job Duties Minor to major collision repair Cab and chassis reconstruction and body fabrication according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Removal of damaged fenders, panels, and grills Using wrenches and cutting equipment Filing, grinding, and sanding repaired surfaces Using power tools and hand tools Aiming headlights and aligning body panels Requirements What We're Looking For Body work, preferably with heavy trucks or emergency vehicles Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to pass pre-employment screening Who Does Well Here Technicians who take pride in their work Team players who also work well independently People who like hands-on repair and problem-solving Technicians who value clean shops, and doing things the right way Work Environment and Physical Demands This role includes standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing. The position involves exposure to typical shop conditions such as noise, odors, grease, and occasional outdoor conditions.
