Have no unexcused absences or serious attendance issues. Arrive on time consistently. Demonstrate safe work practices. Maintain a positive attitude and work well with the team. Produce work that meets the shop's quality standards with no pattern of preventable comebacks. Meet agreed-upon productivity expectations for their position. What You'll Do Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Complete frame and unibody repairs using computerized measuring systems Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, grilles, and trim Perform MIG welding, STRSW, and manufacturer-approved repair procedures Disassemble and reassemble vehicles Prepare vehicles for refinishing Repair passenger vehicles, SUVs, light trucks, fleet, and commercial vehicles Produce high-quality repairs while meeting production goals Qualifications 4+ years of collision repair experience preferred Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs Own professional body repair tools Experience in a professional collision repair shop or dealership I-CAR certifications are a plus Strong attention to detail Dependable with a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Precision Body & Frame?
