Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician. An ideal candidate would be experienced repairing small to large hits, have knowledge of computerized measuring equipment and frame equipment, understand OEM repair procedures and take pride in high-quality work. I-Car certifications are a plus and you must have a valid drivers license with no major infractions. Locally/Family Owned & operated Management/ownership support Culture that supports growth & training High Integrity & high quality (take pride in what you do) Employer sponsored training Highly trained estimators that write for all operations (get paid for what you do, avg 18-19 body hours per RO) BUSY! We are currently booking out 2+ weeks for repairs Multiple OEM Certifications Very selective, High-End DRP's (less than 10% of our work is DRP) We research and follow OEM procedures We use all OEM body parts and have a thorough check in process for parts. We provide Fresh Air Hoods & Festool sanders to all master technicians. Your health and safety is important to us. Car-O-Liner Frame bench & measuring system, 2 Spanesi Multibench machines with Touch measuring systems. Multiple High-end welders, including GYS spot welder and GYS dent pullers We cover a significant portion of medical & dental benefits Retirement plan with employer match Robust PTO plan (up to 3 weeks per year after continued employment) plus paid holidays.
