Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Technician and become a vital part of transforming damaged vehicles into pristine, road-ready masterpieces! In this energetic role, you will leverage your expertise in automotive structural repair, auto body refinishing, and cosmetic restoration to deliver exceptional results. Your skills in welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance will drive your success as you work on a variety of repair projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. We are committed to providing a paid, engaging environment where your craftsmanship and attention to detail shine through every repair. Pay is based off of experience. We do mostly Vintage and Classic restoration. Responsibilities Perform automotive body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural realignment using advanced auto welding equipment and fabrication techniques. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and welding repair methods to restore vehicle frames and panels to factory specifications. Conduct auto painting, sanding, and automotive cosmetic repairs using airless paint sprayers and sanding tools for a flawless finish. Install automotive parts such as auto glass, trim, bumpers, and other components with precision using hand tools and power tools. Apply auto restoration techniques to bring vintage or damaged vehicles back to their original condition while adhering to safety standards. Execute automotive dent repair and sheet metal fabrication repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, parts ordering, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar auto repair environment with dealership experience preferred. Skilled in automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and automotive cosmetic repair techniques. Hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and automotive welding equipment. Familiarity with auto painting processes including airless paint spraying and automotive refinishing methods. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in vehicle maintenance, auto parts installation, and auto glass replacement. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and heavy lifting required for vehicle repairs.
