Job Description
Automotive Bodyman M-A Auto Service is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Bodyman to join our busy body shop team! We are a fast-paced shop with a great team of Bodymen, Painters, and Preppers who work together to get the job done. We push a lot of cars through the shop, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and works well with a fun and lively crew. If you know your way around collision repair and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done, we'd love to have you join us! What You'll Do Perform automotive body repairs on damaged vehicles Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Perform dent repair and structural body repairs as needed Use body filler, sanders, and other tools to properly repair vehicle surfaces Straighten, shape, and prepare panels for refinishing Remove and install body components as needed Ensure repaired areas are properly aligned and finished Work closely with Preppers and Painters to move vehicles efficiently through the repair process Inspect completed bodywork to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications Previous professional automotive body repair experience Strong knowledge of collision repair and bodywork Experience with dent repair, panel replacement, body filler, sanding, and surface preparation Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced body shop Able to manage multiple vehicles and prioritize work efficiently Compensation $20-$30 per hour, based on experience. Pay will be based on your level of experience, skills, and ability to perform quality body repairs efficiently. Why Join M-A Auto Service?
