Twin Pine Ford is looking to expand its detail department by adding a FT Paintless Dent Repair Technician as needed for exterior fixes on all kinds of makes and models of incoming vehicles before the sale as noted by our check-in technicians, buyers, sales managers, etc. If you or anyone you know might be interested, we would love to hear from them. Summary:
Twin Pine Ford is looking to hire a high quality and hardworking Paintless Dent Repair Technician to fix/repair incoming vehicles according to Twin Pine Ford specifications. The detailer will restore pre-owned vehicles, both exterior and interior, to original condition following established reconditioning procedures.
Job Type:
Full-Time Paint-Less Dent Repair Technician Salary/Benefits:

Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) for FT roles;
  • Minimum 2 years of paintless dent repair work
Essential Duties:
  • Restore pre-owned vehicles, both interior and exterior to original condition following reconditioning/dent repair procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work independently and productively without immediate supervision
  • Must be able to professionally provide touch up and dent repair.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Ability to handle mechanical tools and equipment
  • Ability to be on your feet 8 hours a day (Getting in and out of vehicles)
  • Must be legally and technically able to safely operate company and customer-owned vehicles.
SEATS BELTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN 100

OF THE TIME WHILE OPERATING ANY COMPANY OR CUSTOMER-OWNED VEHICLES
  • Must be able to be insured by separate personal/commercial insurances.
  • Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a
