Start-to-Finish Collision Repair Technician - Diehl Collision of South Hills Take Ownership of Every Repair from Start to Finish! Diehl Collision of South Hills is looking for an experienced Start-to-Finish Collision Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you're a well-rounded technician who takes pride in handling the complete repair process—from disassembly to final reassembly—we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform complete collision repairs from teardown through final assembly Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components Complete metal work, panel alignment, and vehicle reassembly Diagnose repair needs and follow manufacturer repair procedures Ensure repairs meet the highest standards for quality and safety Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to keep repairs on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Previous collision repair experience required Ability to complete repairs independently from start to finish Experience with frame and structural repairs is a plus I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
