You've been in the bay long enough to diagnose a misfire before you plug in the scanner. You can decode a warranty repair order in your sleep, and you've got the reputation to prove you never cut corners. We're not looking for someone who "can learn diagnosis." We need someone who's already there.

What we need from you:

You're deep in DTC codes before most techs finish their coffee. Your pre-repair documentation is airtight because you know warranty audits are real. You've flagged a used car that looked clean on the lot but had a story the CarFax didn't tell. You know the difference between a customer concern, a root cause, and a repair that actually sticks. Warranty work means attention to detail, proper labor op coding, and documentation that holds up...
