This role focuses on repairing and refurbishing damaged bodies and body parts of automotive vehicles such as cars, vans, trucks, or buses. As a key member of our team, you will work within our automotive repair shop, applying your skills to restore vehicles to their original condition or better. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of automotive repair techniques, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Assess and repair damaged vehicles with precision and in accordance with industry standards. Operate tools and equipment to fix, weld, and align body parts. Collaborate with the parts team to order the precise necessary components. Perform quality checks after repairs to ensure functionality and appearance. Adhere to all safety guidelines within the shop to ensure a safe working environment. Required Skills Proficiency in using body shop tools and equipment such as pneumatic tools, plasma cutters, and alignment machines. Strong attention to detail and precision. Capable of reading and interpreting repair documents and diagrams. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
