In this role, you will be responsible for performing any and all auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles, This position is for a technician competent in all areas of automotive collision repair, generally speaking this will not include painting. As a Shop Lead, you will oversee daily shop operations, mentor junior technicians, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals passionate about automotive repair and leadership to make a significant impact in a cooperative environment. I-Car and ASE training preferred, Continued training will be required as an employee Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, Welding, Frame repair, SRS, ADAS, Suspension, Electrical, and collision related mechanics Oversee shop workflow ensuring completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards. Perform repairs to body repairs to variety of industrial panels. Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance on proper repairs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of heavy lifting tasks to create a safe working environment for all staff. Maintain Shop supply and equipment needs. Proven experience with extensive background in automotive repair shops with a focus on auto body work. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and office staff. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
