Auto Body & Paint Worker The Bradley Group Charleston, SC Job Details Full-time | Contract $25 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Buffing Auto painting Shop math Attention to detail Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality & Rework Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards through precise inspection, analysis, and rework processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with measuring instruments, and a comprehensive understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products by maintaining rigorous quality assurance practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift :
7am-3:30pm This is a contract assignment and will last 2-3 months as of right now. Responsibilities Conduct dimensional measurements and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems to verify product conformity. Perform quality audits and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across production processes. Identify, document, and execute rework procedures on non-conforming products while adhering to regulatory/legal compliance standards. Assist in the interpretation of production documents and specifications to uphold quality assurance throughout the manufacturing cycle. Maintain detailed records of inspections, measurements, rework activities, and audit findings for traceability. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions. Knowledge of calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
