We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can efficiently repair vehicles to a high-quality standard. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced body technician.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform collision and auto body repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Perform dent repair, straightening, and bodywork Remove and install bumpers, fenders, doors, hoods, lights, and trim Perform body filler, sanding, masking, and preparation Align panels and ensure proper gaps and fitment Prepare vehicles for paint Complete repairs according to quality and safety standards Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Work efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Communicate with management regarding repair needs and parts Help maintain shop equipment and tools

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidate: Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Good problem-solving skills Reliable and dependable Takes pride in quality workmanship Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate shop equipment I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus, but experience and quality workmanship are most important.
