We are currently seeking skilled woodworkers to join our team for our Millwork Stain and Finish department. If you're a dedicated craftsman with a passion for precision and excellence, we'd love to connect with you about this opportunity. Candidates must have experience with the following: Painting, staining, and glazing of millwork such as trim, interior doors, crown molding, etc. Spray and/or brush application of commercial grade finishes, using pre-catalyzed lacquer and conversion varnish. A working knowledge of spray equipment Strong familiarity with spraying surfaces of cabinets with protective and/or decorative materials Must have a keen eye for color variations and discrepancies. Experience The ideal candidate is a hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with their hands. Industry experience and basic tool knowledge are required. On-the-job training will be provided. A strong work ethic and an ability to follow directions and meet production schedules are required.
