• Light/Medium Collision Repair Elite Collision Services
• Memphis, TN We're looking to add another technician who can focus primarily on light to medium collision repairs, vehicle teardown, damage discovery, R&I, and keeping smaller jobs moving through production.

This is a great opportunity for a technician who has solid body repair experience but does not necessarily need to be a master structural/frame technician. What You'll Be Doing Complete vehicle teardown for collision repairs Identify additional or hidden damage during teardown Document items needed for supplements Remove and install bumpers, fenders, doors, hoods, lamps, trim and related components Perform minor to medium dent and collision repairs Replace and align bolt-on body panels Perform basic panel alignment and fitment Prepare repaired vehicles/panels for the next stage of production Assist with vehicle reassembly when needed Work alongside our experienced body technician on larger repairs when necessary Maintain an organized work area and keep removed parts properly labeled and stored Communicate additional damage or parts needs to management What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can work independently on everyday collision repairs and keep vehicles moving.

You should have experience with:

Automotive collision/body repair Vehicle teardown and reassembly Minor dent and panel repair Bolt-on panel replacement R&I procedures Basic panel alignment Identifying hidden collision damage You do not have to know how to repair everything. We are specifically looking for someone who is strong with light and medium collision work and production-oriented repairs.
