Job Description

Nyle Maxwell Collision Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Body Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs, maintaining attention to detail, and providing exceptional workmanship on every vehicle. Responsibilities Perform collision and body repairs in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components Analyze damage reports and repair plans to determine repair requirements Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards Communicate effectively with estimators, management, and team members throughout the repair process Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements Complete repairs within established production timelines Qualifications Previous collision repair/body technician experience required I-CAR certification preferred but not required Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs Experience with frame measuring and straightening equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and productivity Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities State-of-the-art equipment and facility Supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement In addition to our great company benefits listed below, Nyle Maxwell of Austin provides all employees the opportunity to earn a
