Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Auto Body Technician specializing in Hard Hit repairs to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in automotive structural repair, sheet metal fabrication, and auto restoration will ensure that each vehicle is returned to its original condition with precision and quality. Duties Perform heavy collision repairs on vehicles, including structural realignment, welding repair, and sheet metal fabrication using welding repair techniques Utilize automotive welding equipment, power tools, sanding tools, and airless paint spraying systems to restore vehicle bodies to factory standards Install automotive parts including bumpers, panels, auto glass, and other components ensuring proper fitment and alignment Execute vehicle maintenance tasks related to auto restoration projects and ensure all repairs meet safety standards Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting issues related to automotive structural integrity and performing assembly or disassembly as needed Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background working as an automotive body technician in a high-volume repair shop Strong proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and automotive welding equipment operation Hands-on experience with auto restoration projects, sheet metal work, and automotive cosmetic repair processes Knowledge of auto estimating procedures and familiarity with automotive parts installation processes Mechanical experience with vehicle maintenance routines and working knowledge of automotive structural components Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for collision repair tasks Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in auto body repair Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise in auto body repair to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
