Role Responsibilities:

Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans Perform teardown and reassembly of vehicles Complete structural, frame, and body repairs Replace damaged panels, glass, and components Weld and fit replacement parts to OEM standards Prep vehicles for paint and refinishing Conduct final quality inspections to ensure safe, accurate repairs

Employee Prerequisites:

Collision repair and auto body experience required Strong structural, frame, and body repair skills Experience with welding and repair equipment Attention to detail and commitment to quality
