Experienced Collision Repair Technician Ford of El Paso Collision Center Part of Group 1 Automotive - A Fortune 250 Company Ford of El Paso is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our expanding collision center. Repair both heavy structural damage and light-to-moderate cosmetic damage . Perform frame, structural, panel replacement, body alignment, and metal repair work. Review repair estimates and verify correct parts before beginning repairs. Identify and document supplemental damage and communicate additional repair needs. Maintain repair quality while meeting productivity goals. Work closely with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient vehicle completion. Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Properly use all required personal protective equipment. 5+ years of professional collision repair experience Ability to immediately contribute in a fast-paced production environment Experience performing both structural and non-structural collision repairs Strong frame repair and metal finishing skills Experience interpreting repair estimates and OEM repair procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs Excellent time management and organizational skills Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications I-CAR Certifications including: Steel Welding Aluminum Welding Steel Sectioning ASE Collision certifications are a plus Experience working in OEM-certified collision centers Why Ford of El Paso?
