Paintless Dent Repair Technician

Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective paintless dent repair approach Use hand tools, including knock-downs, dent rods, and reflection boards, to manipulate metal panels back into shape Operate power tools safely for accessing hard-to-reach areas and fine-tuning repairs Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including before-and-after photos when necessary Collaborate with team members on complex repairs requiring additional skills such as auto body work or auto glass replacement Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures Assist in minor vehicle maintenance tasks related to auto restoration projects when needed Requirements Proven experience in dealership auto body repair or paintless dent removal preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in sheet metal, auto painting, and auto restoration techniques Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding (including MIG welding), soldering, and fabrication processes Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, and auto glass replacement is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repair processes and timelines Familiarity with auto estimating software and detailing procedures beneficial Prior experience with airless paint spraying or auto painting techniques is advantageous Join us if you're eager to apply your automotive repair talents in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Pay:

$24.62 - $29.65 per hour
