Overview Join our dynamic team as a Custom Automotive Specialist, where your passion for vehicle craftsmanship and attention to detail will drive exceptional results. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming vehicles through expert fabrication, repair, and customization. Whether restoring classic cars or creating one-of-a-kind builds, you'll bring innovative ideas to life with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Perform custom fabrication, including sheet metal work, auto body repair, and auto restoration projects to meet client specifications. Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to assemble and repair vehicle components safely and efficiently. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as auto painting, auto glass replacement, and auto body refinishing using airless paint spraying and other power tools. Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for assembly, detailing, and fine-tuning of custom automotive parts. Assist with auto estimating, customer service interactions, and providing professional advice on customization options. Handle heavy lifting safely while managing multiple projects from start to finish with attention to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all fabrication and repair activities. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive shop experience with a strong background in automotive repair or customization. Skilled in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, auto body repair, and auto painting techniques. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including auto glass installation, auto restoration processes, and general automotive repair. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, auto estimating software, and auto body repair equipment. Experience with auto detailing, auto glass replacement, airless paint spraying, and soldering is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
