Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Wrap, PPF (Paint Protection Film) certified or experienced Installer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for applying high-quality wraps and protective films to a variety of vehicles, ensuring flawless finishes that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your expertise will help elevate our reputation for excellence in vehicle customization, and you will play a vital role in transforming vehicles into works of art while maintaining their value and appearance. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces through thorough cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion of wraps and films Install vehicle wraps, PPF, and other surface coatings with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to manufacturer specifications Use hand tools, power tools,and airless paint sprayers to perform surface finishing, buffing, sanding, and painting tasks as needed Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to guarantee seamless application without bubbles or wrinkles Maintain a safe work environment by utilizing respiratory protection and following all safety protocols during installations involving paints or chemicals Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and communication Skills Proven experience with vehicle wrap installation and PPF application; dealership experience is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and spray equipment effectively Familiarity with automotive surface preparation techniques including masking, sanding, buffing.
