Podium Body Works is looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team at our Liberty Hill collision center. We are a quality-focused collision repair facility and a Porsche Certified Collision Center . We're looking for a painter who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of proper repair procedures, and can consistently produce high-quality refinishing and color matches.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and refinish vehicles to a high-quality standard Mix and match colors accurately Perform blending, basecoat, clearcoat, and multi-stage refinishing Identify and correct paint imperfections Maintain a clean and organized paint and prep area Work closely with body technicians, estimators, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently Follow manufacturer and shop repair procedures Maintain a strong focus on quality and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive collision painting experience required Strong color-matching and blending skills Experience with high-end and late-model vehicles preferred Ability to produce consistent, quality work Dependable and able to work well with a team Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Why Podium Body Works?
