Spencer Collision Center Spencer Collision Center is looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Estimator to join our team. Job Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and accurately assess collision damage Write detailed and accurate repair estimates Work directly with insurance companies and insurance adjusters Communicate with adjusters to negotiate repairs, labor, parts, and supplements Handle supplements and obtain necessary approvals Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and timelines Take photos and properly document vehicle damage Coordinate with technicians and the production team Maintain accurate repair and customer records Provide professional customer service throughout the repair process Qualifications Previous auto body estimating experience required Must know how to work with insurance companies and adjusters Experience handling insurance claims and supplements Knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We need someone who knows the collision repair business, can write accurate estimates, understands insurance procedures, and can confidently communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
